Melanie’s Signature Massage

This is our most popular! One hour of pure relaxation that has lasting health benefits. This massage incorporates Swedish, Deep Tissue, Neuromuscular, Stretching and Myofascial Release techniques to provide you with the ultimate relaxation massage that relieves pain, improves range of motion and circulation, enhances the immune system and leaves you with an overall feeling of wellbeing that last.

Swedish/Relaxation Massage

This is a general relaxation massage. No deep pressure, just a combination of long gentle strokes and light pressure. Excellent for relaxation, improved circulation. Reduces anxiety and depression.

Neuromuscular/Deep Tissue

This therapy is used to reduce chronic pain, increase range of motion, correct postural dysfunction and relieve muscle tightness. To clear things up, this treatment should NOT be painful. There may be slight discomfort at times but it should never be sharp or intolerable pain! There will be continued communication between you and your therapist to be sure that you are getting the most effective treatment that you provide you with long term results and health benefits.

Couples Lesson's $90

90 Minutes session where each of you receives a 40 minute massage from your partner. Learn to massage like the pros! Your therapist will instruct and assist each of you so that you both can better enjoy giving each other massage.

Chair Massage for corporate events is available. Hourly rate per therapist is $75 per hour with a minimum of two hours. A great addition to:

Individual rates are $1.00 per minute.

Mobile massage is available seven days a week, from 10AM to 7PM by appointment only. Please try to schedule your appointment at least 24 hours in advance.

Will never break your bones here at Tampabay Massage Therapy! This is a unique combination of Hot Stone and Bamboo Fusion Massage Therapy. Hand crafted pieces of smooth bamboo loosen tired muscles. Hot stones work in deeper to really get those knots out. This is wonderful as both a light to medium warm massage or very deep. If you are looking for a very deep massage this far surpasses any deep tissue massage with hands alone! Don't want deep work but just need some penetrating heat to help loosen things up, this is just what you are looking for. This unique treatment is not offered anywhere else!

Bamboo Fusion™

Bamboo Fusion Massage uses handcrafted pieces of bamboo that have been rounded and shaped for massage. They are kept hydrated with a light natural oil and heated. The nature of the bamboo retains the heat very nicely. This therapy allows the therapist to work very deeply if required. The heat helps loosen the muscles for an extremely effective treatment.

Prenatal Massage

Performed by certified prenatal therapists. Prenatal massage has many benefits for the expectant mother that include reduced physical and emotional tension associated with fatigue, changing shape and stress. Reduced pain, cramping & sciatic pain. It can assist with the management of digestive complaints such as constipation, gas and nausea. It encourages deeper, easier breathing and improves sleep, circulation, flexibility, and reduces excess fluid and edema. Increases awareness of your own body which can help with the birthing process.

Doula Services: Call for a free initial consultation. Doula services include two visits prior to going into labor. Attendance throughout your labor and for one to two hours afterwards till you and baby are stable and your new family is in need of some quiet alone time. Asssitance with establishing breastfeeding is also available. See our page for expectant mothers!

Other hours are available, a surcharge of $25 is applicable to any appointment after 8:00 pm.
